A Recap of Our Latest Digital Wellness Workshop

Our digital wellness workshops are designed to provide comprehensive insights into various aspects of wellness – from nutrition and mental health to diabetes management. In our latest workshop, we delved into the importance of maintaining a balanced diet for overall health and well-being.

The workshop kicked off with an introduction to basic nutrition concepts – macronutrients and micronutrients, their roles in our body and sources. This was followed by an interactive session on how to plan balanced meals with adequate portions from each food group.

The highlight of the workshop was a live cooking demonstration showing how to prepare simple, nutritious meals using whole foods. Participants were also provided with downloadable resources including meal plans, recipes and a food diary template for tracking their meals.

The workshop concluded with a Q&A session where participants had the opportunity to clarify their doubts and get personalized nutrition advice from our expert panel.

We received positive feedback from participants who found the workshop informative and practical. Many appreciated the live cooking demonstration and found the downloadable resources very useful.
